In times of great emergency, curfews may become necessary to help maintain peace and order. Local governments should be allowed to determine when they need to be enforced

If citizens of Egelion commit crimes worthy of extradition, the Republic of Egelion should extradite them in the name of international cooperation as long as they will be properly treated. Any nation who would torture, cruely treat or execute the extradited person shall be barred from trying them

MessageThe UP feels that it is ludicrous that extradition is forbidden for every case. The right to extradite criminals is an important one for maintaining international relations as well as having the ability to call on other nations to send offending criminals to our nation for trial.

Also, in times of great emergency, local government should be able to enforce curfews to allow for maintainance of order and for the safety of its citizens

This bill will remain in debate for 6 months (ooc 24 hours) before moving to a vote

MessageWe support article 2, but in states of emergency that would require curfew we currently disagree.
