In times of great emergency, curfews may become necessary to help maintain peace and order. Local governments should be allowed to determine when they need to be enforced If citizens of Egelion commit crimes worthy of extradition, the Republic of Egelion should extradite them in the name of international cooperation as long as they will be properly treated. Any nation who would torture, cruely treat or execute the extradited person shall be barred from trying them |

Old value:: The law bars the government from extraditing anyone who is a citizen of the state.
Current: Extradition to nations that practice cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects or in punishment is not allowed.
Proposed: Extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed.

Message | The UP feels that it is ludicrous that extradition is forbidden for every case. The right to extradite criminals is an important one for maintaining international relations as well as having the ability to call on other nations to send offending criminals to our nation for trial. Also, in times of great emergency, local government should be able to enforce curfews to allow for maintainance of order and for the safety of its citizens This bill will remain in debate for 6 months (ooc 24 hours) before moving to a vote |
