Message | We are quite disappointed with article 1, and will look for a solution to this problem. |

Message | We propose the creation of a organization styled in a manner of a paramilitary which acts as an enforcing body of the local council divisions. The role of this body would purely be one of assisting in escorting suspects between local councils (which can decide on matters of law much more effectively then any judge or individual law man) and prison facilities, general law and order where absolutely necessary and most importantly to protect against internal insurrection by capitalist or organized bourgeoisie. The UPSC fails to understand the sheer magnitude of the difference between the old parliamentary 'party power' system and the new revolutionary system of local worker's councils who have complete control (within the laws of the nation and revolution) over their local communities as the council's reflect the mandates of the people. |

Message | What we are basically saying is that the decision for whether a community should have a court is not one we should be potentially ignorantly making. |
