We have never heard of such a country. ;) That aside, space exploration is important to the advancement of science and the survival of the human race, and we do not feel comfortable giving private enterprises full responsibility for space exploration. We would be willing to vote for this however if article 1 is changed to say "The government shall operate a space agency that contracts with and oversees private space-exploration companies." |
