| Energy Efficiency Act 1) We porpose that energy provision and policies be localized to provide more efficiency in the creation of energy in each region. We hope that you will agree that along with this localization for efficiency, allowing small-scale private electrical companies will give the local governments some room foe flexibility in energy generation, to provide a more efficient, local system. |
