MessageRequiring registration with the government is unnecessary. This solution is more desirable in terms of combating animal neglect

MessageI was just wondering how this would be enforced?

MessageTags, I suppose.

Not really enforceable unless the police do mandatory searches of pets for tags. However, if an animal is discovered without tags, a fine would be imposed. This gives the bill some teeth.

MessageI suppose that this is better then the current law. But I do believe that registering with the local government would be the easiest solution. Hard to enforce and follow up on if information is at vet due multitudes of vets that there could be in the areas. Inefficent.
