| In recognition of the alarming numbers of children growing up in apalling conditions in Tukarali, this bill would seek to protect the poorest children from the misfortunes of their parents. Large families whose income is also unable to support all of their children will also receive more limited assistance. A small part of the poverty allowance will be distribured in the form of childrens' clothing vouchers. All aid will legally belong to the children: the parents will, of course, be responsible for the use of the resources. |
