| Message | Mr. Speaker, We suggest that a peaceful people should ACT PEACEFULLY. If we do not invite hostility, it is unlikely to come. War is costly, and when we do not provoke it with inhumane policies, it only seems more costly for those who would make it. Further, the racism of the ONCP and DP is once again apparent. Yield. |
