MessageWe oppose. This is too much of a restriction of the legislative process and cannot pass! How can we represent the people if we cannot legislate the laws?

MessageOf course, part of our agenda is to maintain the libertarian status quo by making it as hard as possible to change the law. ^_^

MessageWhich is unacceptable. The opposition should always have the power to represent the people that elected them.

(On an OOC note, this also makes it damn near impossible for us newer parties to get our visibility up if we can't propose bills)

MessageOn the other hand, it makes it just as hard for the Mokeygnomes to maintain visibility.

MessageWe agree with article 2 of this bill, but cannot accept article 1. While good intentioned in limiting the power of government, it also allows in the future for an egregious government to reign havoc across our great land. We are forced to vote no unless article 1 is removed.

MessageNot that it matters of course, considering we have one party in control at the moment.
