| RECOGNIZING the needs to allow millitary officers unrestricted right and option to defence Pontesi from all aggression whether internal or external. REAFFIRMING the fact that we have been attack with Nuclear Missile during GPO invasion of Pontesi which leads to the necessity to be allowed to construct an used WMD to prevent future repeat of the event. CRITICIZED any attempt to cripple Pontesi's right to defence by allowing foreign nation to attack us with WMD without right to retaliation or first strike to prevent the event. HEREBY proposed the following change to allowed unrestricted decision to the military high command. |
