Bill: Rutanian Industry Reform 2829
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Democrats
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2830
Description[?]:
In our continuing struggle to create a fairer class system the DPR introduce energy subsidies to people on a low income. In an energy market that is unregulated the government needs to do all it can to provide low-income families with the energy they need to exist. Also introduced is a bill to invest in vital goods and services that are facing bankruptcy. We cannot see the good in letting vital services fall into bankruptcy, this will have a much wider economic impact than simply investing in these industries to keep them afloat. If a vital industry falls victim to bankruptcy we will lose that industries produce and trade, perhaps forever. By investing in these we can keep the industry producing goods and trade throughout their hard times. And finally. Every individual who calls him/herself a citizen of Rutania, regardless of class, race, sex or religious beliefs, has the right to the following: healthcare, education, food and housing, and legal representation. These rights can be much improved by raising the minimum wage so that every citizen of Rutania can have a more than adequate state of living. Our hopes for this bill is to make the Rutanian workforce the envy of the modern world with an economic disparity second to none. |

Message | This bill was left for debate for quite some time, but as the issues had already been debated in other bills we felt it did not warrant an extended debate process. |
