The recepient of this defense contract is: Stricker Naval Weapons, Inc., a privately owned company, and its affiliates.

This contract will have the following clauses:

1- This contract will last 50 years from the day of its passing.
2- This contract is worth 500,000,000,000 LOD over the 50 years period. Approximately 10,000,000,000 LOD each fiscal year.
3- The following naval weapons will be built as part of this contract:
I) 6 Republic Class Aircraft Carrier(to be built within 5-15 years).
II) 9 ballistic missile submarine (to be built in 10 years)
III) 50 SSN774 Virginia-Class Fast Attack Submarine (15 will be built within 10 years, 10 within the next 20 years, and 25 within the final 20 years)
IV) 55 DDG51 - Arleigh Burke Class Guided Missile Destroyer (20 to be built within 10 years, 15 to be built with the next 20 years, and 20 with the last 20 years)
V) 50 LST - Newport Class Tank Landing Ships (20 to be built within 10 years, 10 to be built within the next 20 years, and 20 within the last 20 years)
VI) 80 Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) (to be built within 10 years)
VII) 80 Landing Craft, Mechanized and Utility (LCM/LCU) (to be built within 20 years)
VIII) 15 Mark V Spec Ops Craft (to be built within 5 years)
IX) 20 BB61 - Iowa Class Battleship (10 to be built within 15 years, 5 within 20 years, and 5 within the last 20 years)
X) 3 LCC - Amphibious Command Ship (to be built within 10 years)
XI) 4 LHA - Tarawa Class Amphibious Assault Ship (2 to be built with 10 years, the other 2 within the next 20 years)
XII) 6 LHD - Wasp Class Amphibious Assault Ship (3 to be built within 10 years, 2 within the next 20 years, and 1 within the last 20 years)
XIII) 4 High Speed Vessel, HSV 2 Swift (2 to be built within 10 years, the other 2 within the next 20 years)
XIV) 15 Ticonderoga-class Aegis guided missile cruisers (10 to be built within 10 years and the other 5 within the next 10 years)
XV) 700 Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAM) (150 to be built within 10 years, 200 within the next 15 years, 150 within the next 15 years, and 200 within the last 10 years)
XVI) 200 Trident Missiles (50 to be built within 10 years, 25 within the next 15 years, and 25 within the next 15-20 years)
XVII) 100 BGM-109B (Anti-Ship Missiles) (all to be built withib 10 years)
XVIII) 50 BGM-109C (Conventional Missiles) (all to be built within 15-20 years)
XIX) 35 BGM-109D (Bomblets) (20 to be built within 10 years, 10 to be built within the next 5 years, and 5 to be built within the next 5 years)
4- Any other weapons, as designated by the President, Defense Minister, or Parliament, not exceeding the total amount of 500,000 tons
5- If the government decides to back down from the contract 10,000,000,000 will be paid to Stricker Naval Weapons for compensation. If Stricker Naval Weapons decide to back down from the contract a total amount of 10,000,000,000 must be paid within three months to the government of Lodamun.
6- Production deadlines will be set by the President, Defense Minister, or Parliament. In case of a missed deadline a penalty will be charged every month after the deadline (subject to the President's and/or Parliament's discretion)
7- The government reserves the right to sell any weapons produced by Stricker Naval Weapons to any country. Stricker Naval Weapons will not sell any nuclear weapons or components to other countries within the period of this contract.
8- This contract will become binding upon passage by the legislature.

*Note about submarines, battleships, destroyers, and other ships*

Some of the ships will be decommisioned by the time the newer versions are delivered by Stricker Naval Ops, Inc. It is at the discretion of the President, Minister of Defense, and/or Parliament to determine which ships are to be decommisioned and/or put in reserve.
