This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Unfortunately that is how it is. The UDM gets vitriolic for every pretended offense and will not alter course. My party has offered numerous attempts to work with them and will continue to do so, all for nothing. Until there is a solid bloc sorted out that has a clear majority, this kind of chaos will continue. |
