MessageWe oppose this legislation, as it is tantamount to Rutania shooting herself in the foot in times of warfare. In war, our moral and ethical concerns become completely irrelevant and redundant - in fact, they become a burden and a risk to our security. The only legitimate objective becomes the protection of Rutania and its people, and this means we must have all potential options available to us, regardless of our moral objections to them. We have said this many times before, and we will say it again - what we may not be willing to do, our enemies will.

MessageMaybe in a time of war, or increased tensions, this legislation can be reversed by those that deem it necessary. The sheer fact that Rutania has not seen war in 300 years should support this legislation.
