MessageHang on! How can having one person as mayor possibly be more democratic than a community council having those powers. Democracy is about spreading power, not concentrating it! Those council members are elected democratically.

MessageIts good protocal to have a Mayor, to represent each Council. Of course there are Council members deciding on issues, but at least the people get a chance to say who they wish as Mayor to represent them as.
