| By order of the Maharaja Joseph Hunter IV, the Freedom Party is hereby to be placed under arrest whereby they shall be detained until further notice. Elected officials of the Freedom Party may be allowed to vote from their imprisoned locations. Charge 1: The Freedom Party illegally contracted into an alliance with the Supporters of Science in Design under the impression that they would support the Maharaja. Charge 2: The Freedom Party deceived the Malivian voters by promoting a party favorable to the Maharaja when this was not the case. Charge 3: For isolating Malivia from the outside world through unjustified repealings of valuable treaties. Charge 4: For failing to defend the faith of Malivia which is Gerajan. Charge 5: For significant reducing Malivia's defense abilities through the national budget. Charge 6: For terrible spelling and grammar in legislation submitted to the legislature How does the Freedom Party plead? Yes: Plead Guilty No: Plead Innocent Abstain: No Contest |
