this bill will give the king or monarch the power to deal with a national emergency article 1.the king can issue emergency decrees to deal with the emergency article 48. the king will be able to suspend civil rights to qeull a rebellion or invasion or anything within that scope article 2. the king can in extreme emergencey and the assembly can not fufill its duty the king can take full legislative power over for 56 days maximum article 3. the king can not pass any laws,or decrees that declare a absolute monarchy or dictatorship. article 4. if the chancellor and majority of the cabinet declare the king is abusing his power they can strip him of his power and force him to abdicate. article 5. the chancellor must counter sign all emergency decrees and dissolution orders for the assembeley article 6. the king is declared during this enactment of this law supreme justice in the kingdom |
