| Message | We believe that chemical and biological weapons are unneccessary and in fact endanger our own people. We would prefer a law to prohibit these weapons entirely, however we have proposed this law to at least avoid the use of chemical and biological weapons by Likatonian forces, an act which we believe would be entirely unjustified as the amount of casualties caused to civillian populations would be far greater than the losses it would cause to enemy military forces which would be able to deploy countermeasures. This law will allow the Likatonian government to stockpile chemical and biological weapons but only for the purpose of testing and the development of countermeasures. |
