Message | We fully support and commend the CTC for this creation. Although we are not confident it would receive adequate funding with the current finance administration. |
Date | 05:11:21, November 14, 2009 CET | From | Rutanian Heritage Party | To | Debating the Unity through a People's Media |
Message | The RHP strongly oppose this legislation. The inevitable result of a state-funded media is that the state's biases and ideological agendas seep through into hiring policies and content. Furthermore, there is no need for a tax-payer funded media when the people of Rutania already have access to a variety of independent media sources, which they are not forced to sponsor. The private sector is more than capable at delivering media. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
