Bill: Anti-Abortion Repeal

Details

Submitted by[?]: Eudaimonic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2853

Description[?]:

The Eudaimonic Party is not particularily happy with the blanket ban of abortion, and seeks to remedy this issue with a change in legislature. The party believes that the blanket ban does not take into account issues or Rape, Incest, Sexual Abuse, risk to the mother's life, physical anomalies of the baby et al.

We move to replace the current:

"All abortions are illegal."

With:

"Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters."
