May it be made record that Empress Grace I of Mordusia made a formal visit to Alduria to consort with Republican officials and took a tour of the country side and beaches as soon as this bill passes. Alduria and Mordusia will jointly provide security and will host the Empress in the region of Harkonia.

OOC: The formal visit will take place on the forums. You may post all questions, comments, concerns, etc there. The Empress will presumably answer and make comments.
