MessageThe L-C Progressives feel that banning smoking from public places is a terrible law, disrepecting the rights of our citizens to enjoy the outside as they wish.

Some people will point out that this bill will harm the public health. The LCP sees no proof that the occasional exposer to second hand smoke is hazzardous to health. We do not contest the right or policies in place by private corperations that restrict somking. We commend them on their awareness and care for their employees health.

But it is not right that we restirct citizens rights to enjoy the park as they please

MessageBy "public places", the bill means places which are open to the public but indoors, such as pubs, bars, restaurants, libraries, art galleries, museums, etc..
I do not believe that this ban was ever meant to allow to streets or parks. (I would be happy to support a bill confirming this.)

MessageThe Satanic Republican Party: Second handsmoke is not hazzardous to health. Really? I doubt that. The American Heart Association says that secondhand smoke causes 50,000 fatal heart attacks in Americans each year. The EPA says secondhand smoke causes 3,000 cancer fatalities in Americans each year. And most important reason why the SRP hates smoking is because, It's a disgusting habit.

We vote no.

Random fact: Large scale RP planning (such as wars, regional/continental conflicts, economic collapse, etc.) should be planned (as best as it can be) and should have consent of a majority of players involved.

Random quote: Although I understand and respect the intentions behind the gesture, this is not something that is universally understood or appreciated, and it tends to give out a negative impression of our party. ~ Anton Weinreich, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party, pleading with his members to stop burning the national flag
