| In light of the recent, cowardly attack by Egelion on our soil, we propose that the military and reserves of New Endralon be called up to fight this menace! They have gone too far! This bill transfers authority to declare war on Egelion directly to the Supreme Commander, and allows her to assign command of all forces to the overall UKCP at her discretion. It is not a war declaration, but it does authorize the pursuit and engagement of hostile forces within New Endralon territory and on the high seas. |
