MessageRt. Hon. Francis Percival MP, Justice Secretary:

Mr Speaker, following several incidents whereby crossdressers have been abused in public and discriminated against, simply for wearing the clothes of the opposite sex, the government has taken the decision to legalise the practice. There has been ambiguity in recent years as to whether transvestites are legal, and whilst government policy has never criminalised it, we believe it essential to legalise it to ensure that the individual's right to choose is neither hindered nor threatened.

MessageTo allow such a law to pass will only condemn our nation to misfortune of the most severity. If God has wished or had originally chosen these people as men or women. He would have done so.
Francis Percival is a man who's morality is to be questioned. I find it despicable that cross gendered species should walk among us.

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval.
