Message	This will create a fair deal for the worst off in our nation. After all a nation should be judged on how it treats it's worst off citezens

Message	This is extremely vague considering it is possibly our new tax code. However, I am not keen on the general concept. Punishing the rich for simply being rich? Allowing the poor, most of whom already dont pay tax if homeless or on benefits, to not pay tax simply because they arent rich? Pensioners dont pay tax as far as I am aware, as they receive money from the govt.
