| Message | Mr. Speaker, We see the need to take energy production of the people into State control to ensure monopolistic corporations don't take advantage of said people by charging high rates. However, we would prefer to see article 2 changed to local regions controlling the grid for their region. That way, each area can have it's individual needs met. I yeild. - Abram green |
