We have linked up with a total of 100 companies regonised clearly today. Each company has stated a full commitement to following the proposed guildlines to the letter, taking on extra staff where ever possible.

MessageWith regards to the over all premises of this bill and its association with the business community, we are concerned with the overall planning of this measure. We are wondering how exactly this Committee plans on using the funding of these companies to decrease unemployment figures. Would it not be more economically sound for the said companies to use the money they are offering to this Committee to create new business of their own? Maybe branch out into different markets using the capital they gain as leverage to push forward their own business?

In regards to the business themselves are there going to be stipulations and an overall governance and rule over the funding, will they be able to provide insight as to how their funding is to be spent? Will this funding be used to bolster State ran Corporate motives or are we going to be seeing an increase in Corporate gains from these companies based on the amount received from them tot he Committee?

In a nut shell are these companies buying their way into the Governments good graces in the hopes that they will increase their employment rating through less the legal means simply because they paid to this Committee. While the goal is an excellent goal and one I personal and SNP believe truly needs to be done, its the way it needs to be done that concerns us.

MessageThank you for your comments. In answer to your questions these companies already have the respect of many people including ourselfs, IDP, therefore you should have no worries about the intent of this committe and or its associates. WFC was set up to allow for a new, fresh view on the topic.

As for the budget proposal the main target is to create jobs. This consists of around the construction of 165 new premises in the next 4 years. This will create:

-8,250 Clerical
-5,776 Cleanings Staff
-1,650 Call Centre staff
-1,650-2,000 Company Specific jobs

Total jobs created:

MessageWhat guarantee's do we have that these companies will in fact uphold the agreement. Will this be held under contractual agreement? If the company fails to comply to the agreement as stated here what will be the effects of such actions. We believe in the truth of what you say about these companies, but fail safes are needed to ensure that nothing goes wrong not with so many jobs at stake and money as well.

MessageSNP I yet again take your points of concern on board. Please view the KFC and WFC Compliance Act.

Where a safe guard against abusers of the system and/or commitees has been placed to debate. Yet again please comment on how you or any other party would like to adjust to improve the protection.

Dr. J.S.K.Watson

On a similar note, many others jobs have been brought to my attention that would be created when these 165 new complexes are build. These include:

1,000 Transport Link Staff (Jobs created by Transport SU)
600 Cateering Staff
500 Courier Staff

Also on the topic of transport a Brand New Styled Monorail system is set to be installed at IOPA.
The design has been taken from Louis Paloski, An Art sudent, and Jonathon Bradly, Architecte (for thirty year), this therefore combines the fresh view of an artist and the experiance to construct something extrodinary.

SK Construction are contracted to construct the transport link. Creating a further 500 Jobs during construction.
Transport SU who have been contracted to to provide the hourly service have predicted to need 300 Personel when it is complete.
A further 100 Maintance Jobs will be created.
DECO who have been contracted to build the carriages have put forward that they will need 400 New Workers to meet the work load, also they have promised 600 New Jobs to allow for several other personel jobs within their factory, Delivery Sevirce and Maintance staff.

MessageWe at this time see no reason to vote down this proposal however we will be drawing up our own Amendments to this group so that we may better ensure that things run as smoothly as we are all hoping. If this does run as good as it seems we can see a great deal of benefits coming for our nation and for our people.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically
