Message | How many phone lines would citizens attain? Can they have one for their phones and one for the internet? What about cell phone service? Where will the money come from to run and relegate the services? What about other features like call waiting? Who pays for that? Do we really think that we have the ability and finance to provide the wiring, systems, and technology needed for a phone in every house. I understand private companies do this. But they receive moeny from their customers. What about constant changes in technology, such as the recent change to fiber optics? We really fail to see how this is a feasible plan. |
