Message | -You're moving it the wrong way. Whats the right way? I did consider going for no malpractise suits but I thought that if the doctor was severly incompetant in one case then they should be investiated to see if there were any others. |

Message | If the doctor is incompetent, they should be sued. If the patient is an idiot, they should be able to sue, and have their suit thrown out of court. If the judge is an idiot laws will not fix a flawed justice system. |

Message | 99% of the judges aren't idiots :) But aren't that much specialised either in medical science, so they need specialists, which will cost money. Doctors are only sometimes incompetent, but most of the time the circumstances are just out of their control. This will prevent an overload of the judicial system with nonsense cases. Even when the suit is thrown out it costs time and money. Valuable time, that the judges could use better for serious stuff. |

Message | Nah...we are content with the current law, we have a tendency to allow the justice system to take abuse, thats what its there for as long as the end results make sense |
