Bill: Cbn.0006.2869

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2870

Description[?]:

Proposing a Cabinet as per law;

ISP - 33.8% - 4.3s - 4s
EP - 30.7% - 3.9s - 4s
DSPS - 22.8% - 2.9s - 3s
CP - 12.2% - 1.6s - 1s
SDP - .08% - 0s - 0s - 1s*

Do to the closeness in percentages and the fact that he's been here and voted thus far I've awarded SDP
a single seat even though law does not require me to include parties that hold no seats.

MessageAll calculations are based on the official elections results and rounded.

The SDP's gaining a seat is the result of a unique situation where-in if it was rounded CP would get two seats, however as CP only got 1.58% (which was rounded to 1.6) I gave the extra seat to SDP.

MessageThe percentages is not the issue. The issue is the importance of the ministries that the ISP and EP get versus the importance of the ministries that my party gets.
