Message"AD firmly believes that the artifice of assigning a regent is yet another proof of the multiple fallacies that plague the monarchical system. Even if only temporary, this formula illustrates the lack of integrity of the institution and its profound democratic instability. We consider these problems embedded to this institution and we want to make clear that our opposition to this bill is by no means directed towards FL Deladier who we have always considered a most capable politician. We will try to propose a new viable alternative to this crisis..."

Message"The AD is using scare tactics like so many television pundits. There are currently 14 other nations in Terra that maintain a Monarchical system and it is assured that if this system contains problems, which it and all other systems surely do, they are not greater than those which are experienced by republics. Likewise, these systems experiences little to no "democratic instability" in comparison with those that are frequently experienced by republics throughout history; the entire idea of a Monarchy is maintain and sustain stability.

This constitutional crisis is not so much a crisis as a mere hiccup; this bill does not threaten democracy but is instead allowing it to exist by keeping the people's wishes for a PM and forcing the hereditary Monarchy to change is position and roll; thus protecting and maintaining the democratic element of the Kingdom.

The King himself is open to the whim of those parties in the Estates-General and listens to his people's democratic wishes. In return, he has offered to change his position in order to maintain the democratic element of the nation. This very same King could have, if he had so chosen, to paint the institution of the Monarchy as a mountain that can never be moved but instead he has chosen it to be a river; always present but constantly changing direction.

This bill is necessary. It creates a precedent for the future of democracy in the Kingdom and presents to the people and the world that Kanjor puts democracy above all else."
