This Act will deregulate the media. The Act further specifies, in regards to Article II, only those channels that specifically define themselves as "Adult Entertainment" channels may show sexually explicit material all hours of the day. Mainstream channels may only show nudity throughout the day, and sexually explicit material may only be shown after the watershed, which shall be 20.00hrs. |
