Description[?]:
The Freedom Party has openly threatened the head of the SDLP/CVB with death because they were not party of the cabinet proposal put forth by the SDLP/CVB. We demand that such threats be taken seriously and that the Freedom Party be labeled as a terrorist organization and stripped of all its seats. We call for official censuring of the party and look into further actions to take against the party |

Message | The CSPP calls for a cordon sanitaire against the Freedom Party. That is to say that the Freedom Party be officially excluded from any and all coalition governments even if this means the formation of continued grand coalitions. We also suggest that foreign policy suggestions from the party be routinely ignored as any request the party makes seem designed to further its radical imperialist aims. We must not allow this party to gain any veneer of acceptability, or any opportunity to further its programme. We do not agree with stripping it of its seats. As vile an organisation as it is, the Freedom Party has won its seats democratically, and its electorate has its right to its voice. However, whoever it was amongst the leadership who made the death threat must be arrested and charged with threats to another human being, planning a homicide and potential terrorism. However just because the party keeps its seats that is not to say the party should be allowed to influence Egelion politics. For the party is resolutely rejected by the vast majority of Egelians, who choose the ways of peace and democracy and stability. The Freedom Party claims to apologise now, but in truth the apology is an opportunistic one. There is no soul to it, no real attempt for contrition, and the party remains ultimately unstable. If it does not hand over who made these statements to the police it will also be guilty of harbouring a fugitive. The CSPP therefore agrees with the censure of the party. We also demand a continued cordon sanitaire, and the arrest of the appropriate Freedom Party member. |

Message | Your party leader may not have been responsible, but for the drafting of a message to the SDLP a high up member must have had approval. Hand over the appropriate member to the police. |

Message | It was the party militia. |

Message | Then hand over the appropriate member(s) of the party militia to the police immediately. |

Message | Alternatively the government could simply ban party militias. There is, after all, no real reason why a political party should have to arm itself. |

Message | The militia member will be a sergant. |
Date | 16:41:54, January 19, 2010 CET | From | Christian Social People's Party | To | Debating the Action Against the Freedom Party |
Message | The CSPP finds it extremely unlikely that a militia member with the ability to send such correspondence would be a mere sergeant. We also find the FP's language puzzling and worrying. "The militia member will be a sergant (sic)" suggests that the FP is selected a mere sergeant from the FP's militia as a sacrificial lamb. The CSPP believes that the message was sent by none other than John Bradly, the FP's leader and Presidential candidate for it is difficult to imagine that such a high up message could not have been delivered without his endorsement. The CSPP requests that the Justice Minister begin looking into the case against Bradly immediately. The CSPP officially requests that the justice ministry look into the case against Bradly immediately. |
