Message | Taking the homes of our citizens and throwing them onto the street is not a good rationale for building another road. |

Message | We don't throw them on the street. Eminent domain requires the government to compensate the owners of the property, and our legislation allows the owners to appeal to the independent judiciary if they believe that the cost of compensation is too low. Moreover, I believe that you wanted to say "Taking the homes of our citizens and throwing them onto the street just because we need to build another road (for reasons vital to the expansion of our economy and infrastructure) cannot be justified." The way I read your statement, it seems to imply that the only reason we're building the road is to take property from the people, which is clearly ludicrous and not allowed by the amendment we are proposing. |

There shall be only one class of mail delivery, and ALL mail shall travel at the SAME speed for EVERYBODY. There can be no class discrimination in the People's Post Office! There must be the SAME class of mail service FOR ALL! ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
