Description[?]:

In recognition of the Holy Luthori Empire's new colonial holdings, one independantly in north Tropica and one held jointly with Hulstria in Dovani we propose the following bill to integrate these colonies into our Empire.

1.

- Our colony in north Tropica shall hereby be known as the Principality of Philipi, named after our great and holy sovereign Philip I.

- Construction shall start immediately on the new capital of Brisebourg.

- The land is flat and consists mostly of plains, this is ideal terrain for the construction of vast and densely populated cities to play host to countless factories to fuel the Imperial economy.

- The HMS Blood Lady Supercarrier shall be sent to supervize the training of the Philipian military and to keep the peace.

- To attract investment, the income tax for the first 20 years shall be set at 1%.

- An Imperial Viceroy, to be seated at the Privy Council, shall be named to represent the Emperor and His interests in the colony.

2.

- Our newly acquired and shared colony in Dovani shall be known as the South Carinan Territories.

- An Imperial Viceroy shall be appointed to the South Carinan Territories to oversee our Emperors' interests.

MessageOOC: As much as I was against it, considering it has passed Moderation we might as well support it.

I would suggest you see the wiki, for Sekowo had a really good wiki for Tropica.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
