Bill: Copyright Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Zapatista Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2134

Description[?]:

We dont beleive someone who creates machines or invents machines should be made rich. Most machines in factories are their to maximise profit, output and make workers unmployed. We believe all people should be able to copy and create their own machines for their private or comminity uses and not have the threat of someone sueing them for money they dont have.

As for art. Well, most modern art is horrendous and should be thrown away. To think that someone makes huge amounts of money from making a single vase with a flower on it and a little gnome popping out of the top, or something crazy like that is aweful!

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.

Random quote: "When the tyrant has disposed of foreign enemies by conquest or treaty, and there is nothing to fear from them, then he is always stirring up some war or other in order that the people may require a leader." - Plato
