Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: April 2893

Description[?]:

In order to formally reestablish the armed forces of our nation, the BNR proposes this resolution.

Article 1: The collective armed forces of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu shall hereby be officially known as "The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu", and its official short form shall be "The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth", and its official acronyms shall be "AFCYB" and "AFC", respectively.

Article 2: The AFC shall consist of four branches: "The National Army of the Commonwealth", official acronym "NAC", which shall be the primary land force; "The National Marine Corps of the Commonwealth", official acronym "NMCC", which shall have both land and sea forces, and shall contain the majority of special forces; "The National Air Force of the Commonwealth", official acronym "NAFC", which shall be the primary air force; and "The National Navy of the Commonwealth", official acronym "NNC", which shall be the primary sea/water force.

Article 3: The AFC chain of command for the NAC, NMCC, and NAFC shall be the following (listed from highest rank to lowest rank):
Officers:
- General of the Army (known as General of the Marine Corps in the NMCC; known as General of the Air Force in the NAFC)

Article 5: HRH King Emperor Henry II of Yishelem & Beiteynu and Luthori & I of Alduria and Mordusia & etc. (and all of his legal descendants) is, as the official head of state of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu, the official Commander-in-Chief of the AFC. Therefore, the king's orders supersede those of the governor-general, the prime minister, and of all officers and enlisted personnel of all branches of the AFC. The Governor-General (and Executor of Head of State of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu, Official Representative of HRH King Emperor Henry II of Yishelem & Beiteynu and Luthori & I of Alduria and Mordusia & etc.) is the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the AFC where the Treaty of Poesy and the king himself personally permits; therefore, the president's orders supersede those of all officers and enlisted personnel of all branches of the AFC, but only when he or she is acting Commander-in-Chief of the AFC. The Prime Minister and Chair of the Parliament of the Commonwealth serves as the field representative of the Governor-General; therefore, if the prime minister is relaying orders given to him or her by the governor-general when the governor-general is Acting Commander-in-Chief of the AFC, then the prime minister's orders supersede those of all officers and enlisted personnel of all branches of the AFC.
