| Message | A moderate deficit which would even out after a brief time certainly wouldn't be tragic, and seen in conjunction with the taxation proposal we possibly wouldn't get a deficit at all. However, as the taxation proposal would mean that people in the lower income groups are forced to pay for this budget increase, we cannot support this budget nor the connected taxation increase. |
