| As certain changes in Dovani are set in motion, we must ensure our safety and the safety of entire Dovani and our friends there. The planned Ambrose Erik Bauer Canal is a serious threat to safety of Zardugal and the entire Dovani, and as long as the construction is not immediately ceased, we will set up a blockade to stop all transports and vessels from reaching the canal. One quarter of the Zardugali Navy shall be dispatched to patrol in our waters in Dovani and international waters as shown on the map to stop all vessels that are not heading to Vanuku, Lourenne or Luthori held territories. | Message | We would like more information as to why exactly the Ambrose Erik Bauer Canal is such a serious threat to Zardugal. In our past experiences we have had nothing but good relations with Rutania and those involved with the canal. Also according to Rutanian News Sources the construction of the Canal has already been completed, so what is the purpose of the blockade? What would be considered a "success"?
