| Construing "citizenship" to be the franchise and "nationality" to be citizenship, this act would empower the Ministry of Education and Culture to administer a written voting test for admission to Kingdom elections, to consist of the following questions: 1. Who is the current King of Hutori? 2. Who is the current mayor of (voter's council)? 3. Who is the current Lord Protector? 4. What is the capitol building of Hutori called? 5. What are the names of Hutori's two land neighbors? This act will not contravene the power of local councils to award the franchise on whatever basis they determine. |
