MessageThere's no point here in being against. Latin is Latin and I'm the one who can write Latin. If you don't agree, let's choose a motto and a regional name in English.
Neverthless, I accept suggestions: if you suggest a name in English, I can translate it into Latin.

MessageIf you imply Public Rule by Regula Publicus, I warn you that noun and adjective must concordate and also that Rule, in that copntext, it's said Imperium in Latin (Which doesn't mean "Empire" in this context)
