The Child Credit has proven to be ineffective in providing increased welfare to Rutanian families. Coupled with the recent lowering of income tax it would be prudent to limit government spending to prevent undue disturbances in purchasing power.

MessageRaised properly means being able to buy enough food. With low unemployment payments and minimum wages, we can't expect poor people to be able to pay everything a child needs, now can we?
