Message | Surely these are two items that the state has no business being in. What right does the gov't have to tell a church who there minister must be? Also, why do we pay them, it should be up to the religious heads and the congergation, not the state to say how much they should be paid? |

Message | The Church of Fotheringhay is the established Church of the nation, that is the source of the right from which the Company Executive can tell a Church who the Minister should be and how much they get paid. The Church has an extensive investment portfolio and so actually largely supports itself. |

Message | but according to other laws, other religions are reconginized, its fine if the Church of Fortheringhay supports itself and is the religion this gov't chooses to support, but my concern why should we control other demoninations and religions?? |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
