| On 4 October 2903, HRH Crown Prince Carlos and Princess Victoire gave birth to their first child, Princess Regina. The Princess is now second in line to the throne after her father. (OCC: Since we didn't really resolve who Prince Alejandro will wed, then it's best if this is left to another bill. If anyone is interested, then make a proposal). |

| Message | Marry him to a commoner?! Surely you aren't serious about this?! This must be a joke. A Member of the Royal House cannot just marry a commoner. There must be suitable noblewoman somewhere. |
