Message | I feel the current law is good enoguh. Private companies deal with normal waste and the government deals with special waste such as hazordous materials. I feel it would be unwise and against the nations interest to leave the disposal of special waste to the private sector. |

Message | Yes, the current law is enough. |

Message | And so the government must also deal with hazardous materials that private companies create?. If private companies take no responsabilities for every type of waste, then they will simply gravitate to the type of waste that they do not have to dispose (which also happens to be the must dangerous). Maken them dispose of that waste will make them accountable for everything they produce .Which is as it should be. |
