| This is Act II of the Party Positioning Bill that represents the Centrist Humanum Party (CHP). Content: Civil Liberties Article I: Adultery should only be legal if spouses agree to accept sexual relations by either partner with another person (nonmonogamy). However adultery cannot be called a criminal offense. It may still bore legal consequences such as in divorce cases etc. Article II: Nudity in this sense means full nudity. Partial nudity (when minimally areas around the groin are covered) is allowed in public. Article III: Although citizens may not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality, a stricter regulation is needed in order to avoid unnecessary risks such as accidental gun fire etc. Article IV: While the confidentiality and privacy of letters is guaranteed to all citizens, the justice department should be able to violate it under extreme situations (such as in letters containing probable information to assasinations and terrorist attacks). If the letter does not contain those information whatsoever, relevant parties will be trialed. Article V: It is morally justified that sexual intercourse should be illegal in public unless in specially designated areas determined by the local government. |
