This bill eliminates all discrimination in hiring as it prevents the government from regulating hiring practices. Message | "Until the government is no longer involved in hiring practices, this law will always discriminate by taking the hiring process out of the private industry." - That's not dscrimination. "Positive" discrimination is discrimination and this would make it legal. We stand against. |

Message | We support the UB on this. The current law isn't discriminatory as it implicitly states "No form of positive discrimination is permitted." The change you are suggesting would allow discriminatory hiring policies thus introducing the very change you claim to stand against. |

Message | Per order of government. The current law is baseless, the government is involved in the hiring practices of private companies. There is no need for government to regulate hiring practices. |

Message | How's it baseless? What's baseless is a society that would allow for private companies to discriminate at their leisure. Shouldn't it be illegal for a company not to hire someone because he or she is of a different ethnicity? These laws pave the way for rampant racism, sexism, etc. to enter the private sector. |
