This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

MessageOOC: So Kahina Group is deactivated? Surprising... Anyway, I apologize to DSPB but I will vote yes for now. I am going to see if we can get early elections; I try to do it every time a party goes out to get their empty seats filled as fast as possible. Then we'll see how seats are after that and get on a new cabinet.
