Message | We have not been contacted by the council to give command of our military as we would be should the treaty go into effect. The council must also make us aware of any reasons of using the military if not in defense of a signatory--in this case an uprising. We oppose the use of Selucian troops for civil policing even in our own country and fully oppose the our military's use in a foreign land. |

Message | No we do not. The treaty clearly states the we only help in the defense of a nation not from the threat of an uprising. |
