By increasing the professional retirement age from 60 to 70, the people who still wishes to work over the age of 60 can now do so without the possibility that an employer can force retirement or otherwise discriminate on the basis of age against an individual because (s)he is 60.

MessageWhile at the same time preventing those that want to quit working at age 60 from doing so because you're changing the law. Forcing people to work 10 years longer before they can "legally" retire is absurd.
