| We feel that under the present circumstances maintaining an an intelligence agency is not only unnecessary but also waste of finds, it maybe necessary to reform it in a time of war, but it serves no purpose in times of peace. Military intelligence is, after all, a contradiction in terms. Limiting its power now, still cheaper. |
